Rent includes all bills. You will be sharing the flat with me. There is also a third bedroom used as a home office and for guests.

This a perfect location for someone looking for a peaceful home to explore London from; there are 24 hr bus routes available within a 2 minute walk, as well as Forest Hill train station a 10-15 minute walk. With regular services into London you can be in the city within 15 minutes!
Bedding, towels, and kitchenware are provided.
The room is freshly painted and comes furnished with a new bed, chair, desk, and lamp, as well as a single wardrobe.
No couples and no pets allowed. Must be ok with dogs as I do dog sit sometimes.
