Hey there! We are Helen and Guillermo a couple from South Africa and Gran Canaria. We are a creative couple working in education and the fashion industry.

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our cozy home. We’re a couple of quiet individuals who enjoy a good chat but generally keep to ourselves. We value a clean, respectful living environment and are hoping to find someone who feels the same way.

The room will be available to enter from the 1st of August.

Victorian house in Forest Hill. The room is semi-furnished, with the option of keeping or removing the bed and the rest of the stuff, depending on your needs. It’s a great space to make your own and WFH. Also it has lots of natural light coming through during the whole day.

We are sociable and friendly but this is strictly a no party environment. We have the occasional glass of wine together and some dinners.

No smokers and we don’t have pets.

The flat is 13 minutes walk from Forest Hill Station and 5 minutes walking to bus stops that goes to Victoria, Catford, Brockley, New Cross, Peckham, Dulwich and more.

You are 5 min walk from Co-op and 10 minutes walking from Forest Hill Sainsbury's. Also you will be close to corner shops and gyms in the area.
