My flatmate is leaving and looking for someone to take the room longterm.
It's a double bedroom with an en-suite going in a bright 2-bed flat on peaceful Taymount Rise, just a 5-10-min walk to Forest Hill station (Overground & National Rail).
You’ll be sharing with me. I work in film and video, sometimes from home and sometimes I'm away for a few week stretches. I'm sociable but also like a quiet sanctuary when I come home.
The flat’s got a good-sized kitchen, living room with plenty of light and leafy views. The room comes furnished, with a en-suite bathroom. It has a wardrobe shelf space (message for more photos) and a desk in the room.
