The room is spacious with plenty of natural light. It’s unfurnished except for a wardrobe and is great space for lounging or relaxing in peace.

Amenities include high-speed WiFi, washing machine, full-sized fridge/freezer, gas stove/hobs & we have a bathtub. It’s located near shops, cafes, and Forest Hill station is a few minutes walk down the street

I’m looking for a respectful, clean, and social flatmate who values a peaceful home. Ideally, you’re someone who likes to socialise but also values quiet time. Better suited for someone who works in the office. Non-smoker is required.
