The property is at the end of a quiet road just outside central Forest Hill and also has its own local shops within walking distance. These include a chemist, GP, dry cleaner, dentist, convenience store, fried chicken shop and a wonderful bistro that is open from morning to night.

Transport links are also good with Forest Hill station approximately 15 minutes walk away. Catford and lower Sydenham stations are also one short bus ride away.

The property itself comes with a dedicated parking space in the courtyard which will be free to use for any car owners that take the room.

The living room has patio doors to a private patio in the garden, that gets lots of sunshine during the day.
The kitchen was installed new only a couple of years ago and has a fridge freezer, washer/dryer, electric oven and gas hob with an extractor. There's also plenty of cupboard space.

Room will be offered part furnished (wardrobe and chest of drawers, a bed can be arranged too)

You would be living with Hannah a 37 year old female. Bubbly, fun, works in event sales for a real estate company.
