Friendly house share in Honor Oak Park/Forest Hill

Hello! We are Clara and Tom. I’ve been living in this lovely house for over 3 years (Tom 2 years). Now that our current housemate is moving out, we’re looking for someone new to join us!

We're after someone chill, tidy, and kind - someone who wants to contribute to a warm, relaxed vibe. Ideally, you're looking for a place to settle into, not just a short-term stop.

About us:
I (Clara) work in the music industry, and also do some freelance filmmaking. Tom is a Youth Worker, and is also working on a PhD. We work in the office a few days a week and work from home a day or two a week.

We’re a calm, friendly house who like to hang out and go to gigs, the pub and Peckhamplex (!), but we also respect each other’s space. It’s important to us that this feels like a home, not just a place to sleep.

We're very queer-friendly and both vegetarian, so ideally you're on board with that vibe too.

The House:
Three bedrooms, a bright lounge/dining room, one bathroom (with a big bath & shower), a kitchen, and a tiny spare room we use for laundry/drying.

The Room:
* Available from 1st March (potentially could be a bit flexible on this)
* Furnished
* Doesn’t currently have a desk, but we can sort something if needed!

The Area:
We are about halfway between Honor Oak Park Station, and Forest Hill Station. A very quiet, green and peaceful area, with lots of lovely places to walk nearby. One Tree Hill, and Horniman Museum/Gardens a short walk away. 🌼🌸
Bonus: the view from the top of our road is hands down one of the best in London!!!
