Hello! We are Clara and Joe. I’ve been living in this lovely house for over 3 years, and Joe moved in a couple of months ago. Our housemate who is moving out was here for over 2 years. Now that he’s sadly moving out, we’re looking for someone new to join us!

We're after someone chill, tidy and kind - someone who wants to contribute to a warm, relaxed vibe. Ideally, you're looking for a place to settle into, not just a short-term stop.

About us:
I (Clara) work in the music industry, and also do some freelance filmmaking. Joe is filmmaker, and makes music videos for artists. I work in the office a few days a week and work from home a day or two a week, and Joe is out in his studio during most weekdays.

We’re a calm, friendly house who like to hang out and go to gigs, the pub and Peckhamplex (!), but we also respect each other’s space. It’s important to us that this feels like a home, not just a place to sleep.

We're queer-friendly and I am vegetarian, so ideally you're on board with that vibe too.

The House:
Three bedrooms, a bright lounge/dining room, one bathroom (with a big bath & shower), a kitchen, and a tiny spare room we use for laundry/drying.

The Room:
* Available from July 18th (move-in date could be a bit flexible)
* Furnished (with an amazing mattress)

The Area:
We are about halfway between Honor Oak Park Station, and Forest Hill Station. A very quiet, green and peaceful area, with lots of lovely places to walk nearby. One Tree Hill, and Horniman Museum/Gardens a short walk away. 🌼🌸
Bonus: the view from the top of our road is hands down one of the best in London!!!

We’re looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, and enjoys living in a friendly, creative household. If this sounds like a good fit, get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself! :)

NB: the landlord doesn’t ask for a deposit, but 1 month’s advance rent.
