You’ll be sharing the flat with two flatmates, but the bathroom is only shared with one person. The kitchen has plenty of space, and you’ll only share the fridge with one flatmate too.

The flat is in a quiet area, very close to the high street, and has its own garden at the back. It feels like a proper home rather than a crash pad.

Just a 5-minute walk from Forest Hill station (Overground and Southern services into Victoria and London Bridge). The 176 and 185 bus routes also stop right outside or at the station, so getting around is very easy.

Flatmates are friendly, respectful, and keep the place tidy, and are looking for someone similar who wants to live in a calm, clean, and considerate household.

Strictly no smoking in the flat, but there is a fire escape at the side if needed
