Sunny and Big 3 Floor Flat Next to Forest Hill

I'm looking for someone to take over my flatshare in this huge and spacious 3 floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner flat, less than 5 minutes walk away from the Forest Hill Overground Station.

No Couples! This is a room for one person.

Your roommates will be two brothers (27, and 23), one of which works as a host at Soho House but is also an actor and musician, and one who works as a chef at a local cafe (and who is a baker in his free time, so expect lots of tasty treats)!

The room is £710 a month, not inclusive of bills. For bills, you'd be paying around £10 for internet, £30 for water, £70 for council tax, and around £50-100 for energy and gas (depending on usage).

That's a total cost of around £850 to £900!

The deposit is £703.66, which would go to me to replace me on the lease. You'll have to also go through referencing with Hindwoods, our property management company. Rent is paid on the 9th of every calendar month.

We're right next to the high street, above a Pizza Hut and a nail salon. There's also a big Sainsbury's, Apex Gym, coffee shop (Canvas and Cream, where our chef works!), barber, and the Horniman museum all moments away from our doorstep.

I'm happy to negotiate for any furniture you'd like to keep, however everything in the room is currently mine so expect the bedroom to be unfurnished, with the rest of the flat remaining fully furnished.
