You'd be living with Meghan, Ieuan, and Emma, three lovely creative people who throw a great garden party. You'd also be living with the most wonderful tuxedo cat - Pierre. Any background is welcome but being a creative is a plus!

Catford/Catford Bridge Station is a 15 minute walk away and Forest Hill overground is a 20 minute walk away. The 202/181 bus stops right outside the house and goes directly to Catford Bridge station. Tesco express is a 2 minute walk away and a big Sainsbury's/Aldi is a 10 minute walk away.

There is the option to either sublet or join the tenancy (You will be able to join the tenancy 1 month after moving in, simply because of the timing of me moving). Rent goes out on the 18th of every month, but I will fill the gap between the 18th-23rd July.
