Looking for a new female flat mate

My friend Freya and I are looking for a new flatmate, as our current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend after 2 brilliant years together in this flat ❤️ We are looking for a girl around the same age as us (we are both 27) to take over her room from the end of July/early August. We are looking for a long term tenant to sign on to the lease.

A bit about the room:

Forest Hill Overground is our nearest station and is about a 15-minute walk away. We also have a small Tesco around 5 minutes away and a large Sainsbury’s about a 10-minute walk from the house.

A bit about us:
We’re both Bravo addicts, so we're looking for someone who doesn’t mind having a bit of reality TV on in the evenings! We love cooking for each other, and Freya loves baking, so you’ll often find fresh muffins in the kitchen. We also enjoy a couple of glasses of wine on the sofa or heading to The Blythe Tavern for a few pints.

Freya is a music teacher and has students come to the house for lessons in the living room a couple times a week, but she never teaches past 7pm. I work for a charity and work from home a couple of days a week.

We like to keep the house clean and have a cleaning rota that everyone contributes to. We also have a dishwasher and like to make sure the kitchen is clean and everything is put away before bed so we can wake up to a tidy house.
