The largest double (16 sq m) easily fits a king bed with space left over and has two big windows with a leafy outlook. The second double (12 sq m) is freshly decorated with laminate flooring, double bed, chest of drawers and desk space. The single (6.5 sq m) suits someone after a budget base with the same house and bills, and comes with a bed and hanging storage.

The house has a big eat-in kitchen with washing machine and full size dining table, a family bathroom plus two additional separate WCs (no morning queues), and storage throughout.

You would be living with two easy going professional cousins who own the home and keep it clean and sociable but respect privacy. We are looking for friendly, tidy professionals.

Forest Hill station (London Bridge in 13 minutes, plus the Overground to Shoreditch and Highbury) is a short walk away, with the Horniman Museum and gardens, independent coffee shops and a proper high street on the doorstep.
