Hello! We have a lovely room that has become available in our Forest Hill home. The house has a decent sized kitchen which gets plenty of sunlight, a living room and a garden (and shed). There is one large bathroom and a separate toilet.

The room comes furnished with a single bed and built-wardrobe with space for a double should your heart desire. The room gets plenty of light.

Rent: £722.50 pcm + bills (roughly £100–£120 depending on season which covers all bills including council and wifi)
Deposit: £633.46

You'll be living with three other creative housemates working across theatre, teaching and Inclusion. Everyone is happy to spend time together and have shared interests, particularly across music and music production, but also respectful of each other's space. It's a great balance that has made it easy to live here.

We would live someone of a similar age, sociable, clean, tidy, respectful, down to chat and get to know each of us and wanting to make the house welcoming and fun for all. We are a LGBTQI+ friendly household.
