All bills, rates, council tax etc included in the monthly rent. Gas central heating. Wi-fi is fibre optic, so it’s very fast. Cosy, stylish and comfortable. Free on street parking. Cleaning responsibility is shared. Live-in landlord.
Getting around is really easy, with the East London overground (Forest Hill) and direct trains from Catford Bridge to Charing Cross, London Bridge and Kentish Town. Trains are between 20 and 25 minutes to the West End. It's an 8 to 10 minute walk to Catford train station, or 5 minutes bus to Forest Hill. (So 22 minutes train to Charing Cross, 12 minutes to London Bridge).
Sainsbury's superstore nearby, Costa Coffee etc in the Sydenham retail park). 1 minute walk to corner shop. Tesco local is 4 minutes walk. Convenient night bus connections, and bus stop on the doorstep. Corner shops with dry cleaners and food places on the same block.

I'm looking for a person who will enjoy living here, who is tidy. Social/private - I adapt either way. An occasional red wine of an evening perhaps.
