Double room in modern West Hampstead flat

Hi, my friend is sadly moving out of our flat so looking to fill his double room from September onwards.

The flat covers the entire top floor of a large semi-detached house on a quiet street. It’s dual aspect with loads of natural light and great views across west London. There’s a full living room, separate kitchen with dishwasher and tumble dryer, two east-facing double bedrooms
and a large shared bathroom, plus a balcony and access onto the roof (amazing in summer!)

The whole flat was refurbished a couple of years ago and then furnished by myself and my friend when we moved last September, so it feels more like a home and less like a typical London let! The bedroom will have a double bed, mattress and desk.

West Hampstead tube is a 15 min walk, Kilburn c. 10 mins, plus Thameslink and overground. Easy access to pubs and shops nearby along Mill Lane, and loads more in West Hampstead / Brondesbury / Kilburn.

I work as a town planner in Soho and usually WFH two days a week. Keen to find someone who’s sociable, tidy and happy to share the space.
