Hi, my friend is sadly moving out of our flat so looking to fill his double room from September onwards.

The flat covers the entire top floor of a large house on a quiet street in West Hampstead. It’s dual aspect with loads of natural light and great views across west London.

There’s a full living room, separate kitchen with dishwasher and tumble dryer, two east-facing double bedrooms
and a large shared bathroom, plus a balcony and access onto the roof (amazing in summer!)

The whole flat was refurbished a couple of years ago and then furnished by myself and my friend when we moved last September, so it feels more like a home and less like a typical London let! The bedroom will have a double bed, mattress and desk.

West Hampstead tube is a 15 min walk, Kilburn c. 10 mins, plus Thameslink and overground. Easy access to pubs and shops nearby along Mill Lane, and loads more in West Hampstead / Brondesbury / Kilburn.

I work as a town planner in Soho and usually WFH two days a week. Keen to find someone who’s sociable, tidy and happy to share the space.

Rent is £1050/month each and bills total around £150/month.
