So, I’m looking for a lovely person to live with (IDEALLY FEMALE)

It’s a nice spacious house with a kitchen, living room, downstairs toilet, upstairs bathroom and a garden!
The room for rent is a double room which is furnished! It includes a lovely kingsize bed, spacious corner wardrobe and bedside tables!

The location of the house is amazing, about a 15 minute walk from Arnos Grove Underground and only a short walk to New Southgate Overground. There are also local bus routes directly into Central London and the City.
Close to gyms, supermarkets etc also!
What more could you want??? 🙂

I have a drive way and there’s plenty of other parking on the close too!

£750 including bills - very reasonable for the location! (If you ask me)

Clean / Neat freaks only please (I won’t take this lightly). Hygiene and tidiness is non-negotiable! 🙂 I’d like to live with someone who is respectful of the living space and of me x
