Monday-Tuesday one night for £200 per month, £ 400 for two nights. Need a responsible flatmate who takes good care of the property. Female preferred. A kind and respectful person would be ideal .

Very near to transport links - New Southgate overground 2 mins away - 25 mins into Moorgate or Kings Cross, (can change at Finsbury Park to access underground) Arnos Grove underground 10-15 mins walk. Bounds Green is a short bus ride away. Also 43 night bus stops near to flat. Easy access to central London.
Sharing with one other professional female. Would suit someone who is friendly, responsible and reliable but independent and enjoys the occasional glass of wine and chat. Would suit someone whose main residence is elsewhere. 6 mth contract- can be extended if suits both parties.
