The house consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink + a separate toilet with sink), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a garden patio. 👌

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD 🏘️
It's located very close to trendy cafes, shops, bars and restaurants in Parsons Green and Fulham and is a 5-minute walk from both tube stations. 🚉

THE HOUSEMATES 🏠
You'll be living with four young friendly professionals: three males and one female.

* Marco (32): Engineer. He enjoys sports, the outdoors, and occasional drinks out.
* Willoe (23): Gymnastics Instructor. Likes gymnastics, swimming, running, reading, and socializing with friends.
* Jack (25): Detective. He loves sports, fitness, movies, gaming, pubs, and trying new things.
* David (22): Postgraduate Student. He likes reading, cooking, walking, and cycling in his free time.

We believe great housemate chemistry is key, so you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before anything is finalised. 👍

Please note that we don't accept couples in our house shares to avoid overcrowding; only one tenant per room. 😌

Your rent covers everything: gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, and TV license. We also provide a weekly cleaning service and an in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may arise.👍
