The room has 3 integrated wardrobes, and includes its own bathroom (with shower, loo & basin) next door which is for your use only.
Your room and bathroom will be cleaned every week by a cleaner.
The other tenants are a French girl aged 33 ( who works in interior design), and an English girl aged 28 (who works in publishing), + the owner who is a bit older(!) who runs a snack food business.
There are 3 additional small bedrooms in the house (which are not rented out) that may be used as offices if you ever need to work from home.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a Garden, + a Roof Terrace that will be newly decked in August.
A comfortable sitting/TV room, + a dining room.
Two dogs live in the house, so you must be ok with dogs.
5 minutes walk to Putney Bridge station and 2 minute walk to the bus stop which connects to Chelsea, across the river to Putney, or north to Hammersmith. It is easy to get around.
Bishop's Park and Hurlingham Park are 10 minutes away and the river is a 5 minute walk away.
