Top floor double room in epic Fulham house

Hi all. Due to our housemate getting married we have a large double room available in our much-loved house on the New King's Road, available now.

The house is brilliantly located on the corner of New King's Road and Wandsworth Bridge Road, overlooking the Eel Brook Common.

The room is on the top floor. The house is split over four floors, so you get space and privacy. Largely unfurnished but might be some flexibility on this.

It says a lot about the house that there is no TV but a decent piano; good art but antiquated mod cons; a well-stocked drinks cabinet and a solid reputation for weekend hospitality. It won't be for minimalists but absolutely could be for Londonmaxxers.

Alexa (29) has lived here for 6 years, Adrian (38) for 10. We both have demanding jobs (with a small element of WFH) so don't go mad that often - but when we do, we'd love you to join in. We are looking for a likeminded, straightforward person that will get the vibe. Adrian makes epic schnitzels and Alexa's wine deliveries are the stuff of legend, if that helps.
