Double room with balcony in central Fulham

We’re looking for someone to join our 4-bed house share in Fulham. The room is available from 12th July.

As a house we are pretty active, easy going, clean (actually), and friendly. we enjoy plenty of chats but also value each others space. We’re looking someone who fits in with that vibe.

Bills are roughly £120p/m with some variation

It's a double bedroom with good storage, double bed, wardrobe, drawers and balcony. The bathroom is next door to the room and is shared with 2 others.

The house itself is pretty spacious, with a separate living room, a large kitchen/diner with all of the trimmings, and a lovely garden. The main bathroom is shared with 2 other people. We also have a converted loft, and there is lots of extra space for storage.

You'll be staying with three lovely housemates (Alienor (F, French), Patrick (M, Irish), Kat (F, UK). They are all super friendly and respectful.

The house also has a loft for extra storage.

The Room (from old housemate):
Double room with a lovely balcony overlooking the back yard. Room comes furnished with double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is bright and airy and perfect in the Summer time to let in a breeze, has never gotten super hot and always manage a comfortable night’s sleep! Can’t fault this room.

The area:
Situated in Fulham, nearing the West Kensington border. You’ll be a 3min walk to the nearest Tesco Express, whilst a larger Waitrose and Sainsbury’s sits only 15mins away. The area is quiet, homely and residential but there’s plenty of pubs and parks (Bishops Park especially) around to meet mates and go for walks/roasts/a few pints. We have a Virgin Active right on our doorstep which also has the offerings of a pool and tennis court. Tube stations close by are West Brompton (District Line and Overground) and Barons Court (Piccadilly Line), both of which are roughly 10-15min walk away.
