Deposit is sent to a external government approved agency.

Paid separately- Also a cleaner twice a month.

Washing machine and separate dryer.

Bathrooms:
Ground floor has a guest loo and sink.
First floor: large shared bathroom with shower/ bath, sink and loo. Wall mirror cabinets.
This bathroom is for the 3 bedrooms to share on the first floor.

Garden: We have a lovely big garden with a outdoor sofa and a sun bed.
We also have a BBQ for weekends if the weather is good!
