1 stunning double room is now available. The house is modern and bright and has been recently renovated. The location is simply amazing.

The room is a double bed room with built in wardrobes, bed with drawers (in the pic there is a desk, now there are shelves instead, but a desk can be arranged again if you are working from home).

The house is on 3 floors, has 3 rooms and 3 toilets.

A bit about the flatmates: Beatrice, Italian, 32, works in Translation, Cooper, 29, Canadian, works in town planning. Open to a male or female joining :) we are both outgoing, often up to play some sports or enjoy a dinner or drinks or a movie night together, however we also have our own social and work life going on. Looking for nice friendly "home vibes".

More about the house: The house has wooden floor everywhere (no carpet!) and is meeting the highest standards so Ideally would be nice to have someone who would like to keep it clean (there is also a fortnightly cleaner though, so the requirement is just to clean after yourself and help with putting out the bin or buying shared products, as the deep cleaning is done by the cleaner:)

Plenty of storage cupboards throughout. Heated floors, Broadband superfast WiFi, plus: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, barista coffee machine, steamer oven, normal oven, television (TV license included), Dyson hoover. We also have a tiny (but south-facing and therefore sunny) outdoor space :)

Within 2 mins walk you have all the amenities you need in Fulham Road and an abundance of coffee shops and pubs. There is a really good Italian restaurant just across the road! The closest tube is Parson's green at 8/10 minutes walk.

Room 1 : £1150 p/month + £135 for all bills (water, gas, electricity, tv license, broadband, council tax, and £54pm for fortnight cleaner)
