Double bed in Fulham

Available from Wednesday 5th August - 31st August!

Very last minute, as my currently flatmate is moving home early and I’m trying to help her out by seeing if anyone would like the room for the rest of the month. Room is only available for these days as I’ve got a friend moving in on the 1st September, so hoping to find someone in between flats.

Our flat has: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area including dinning room and lounge, new kitchen and a lovely garden out back. The room available is the largest in the flat with a super king bed, large wardrobe, desk and lots of natural light.

We’re about a 10 min walk from Parsons Green, 15 min walk from Fulham Broadway, 10 mins from Imperial Wharf and there’s a Sainsbury’s on our road 1 min away.

All bills are included; council tax, gas/electricity, water, WiFi, TV license, Netflix/Apple TV/Prime/Now/Disney+ and insurance. I own the flat, so I take care of it and ensure there are no issues.

I work as a finance consultant in Canary Wharf and work a couple of days from home each week. Jemimah also works in CW as a software engineer and is in the office 4 days a week. The flat is always clean and tidy, so we’re preferably looking for someone who fits in well.

The two rooms upstairs share the bathroom shown in the pics, so looking for another girl to join Jem.
