Single Room in Fulham Riverside

Cozy single room is available in beatiful area of Fulham by the riverside. There is no garden or living room, but there is a big kitchen, bathroom that will be used by 2 people. The area is very safe, 1min from the river, Bishops park 5min walk, 1min walk from the gym, Fulham pier, pubs. Bills are not included, in winter it's aproximately 130£/month or a bit more deepends how much we use. The flatmates are very friendly and respectful. We are are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, friendly, likes to hang out time to time. Looking for professionals fiting our age between 28-35 years old.
You can have a bed instead of the table or arrange the room in whichever way you want.
