Hello!

We are advertising for one furnished room in our house, as our housemate is moving to her own place. The house is a 4 bedroom Victorian terrace with a large kitchen/dining room, lounge, garden and shared bathroom. One bedroom has an ensuite so the occupier of the bedroom advertised would be sharing a bathroom with just two others.

We are a very easy going, friendly house made up of one English, one Irish and one Australian. We would love a like-minded professional to move in long term. We are social and enjoy dinner, drinks, and watching films together, but also value each others' privacy. We are a queer friendly and liberal household and are looking for a friend first, housemate second.

It's a private rental directly with our landlord, who is great. We have a cleaner who comes every fortnight. Bills are not included, but are around £150 per month (council tax, internet, water, cleaner, gas and electricity). Deposit is £686.50.

We are looking for someone to move in some time from early July.
Transport is excellent with multiple bus stops close by and Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green, West Brompton & Barons Court all in a 10-15 minute walk radius.
