Hi there! We have a lovely double room available to rent in between Hammersmith & Fulham from the end of November onwards. No couples.

Bills are not included and are roughly £100 each month, inclusive of electricity, gas, WiFi, water and council tax. The flat is on the first and second floor of the house.

The room is split in two as pictured, with one double room with space for a bedside table and desk/chest of drawers, and another room down the hall with room for wardrobes, storage of suitcases, another desk etc. Please see pictures for more detail.

The house has an enormous kitchen, bathroom and living room (also pictured) and has a spacious and modern feel.

The house is 15 mins walk to Hammersmith station with Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith and City lines. It is also 25 mins walk to Fulham Broadway station and Parsons Green station (lots of buses available to all stations).

There are corner shops within a few minutes walk, access to the beautiful river path full of pubs and restaurants a three minute walk away, and supermarkets such as Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s a 5 minute walk away. Other amenities include a gym 5 minutes away, 24 hour garage 4 minutes away, bus stops at the end of the road which can take you to the station, and a quiet, safe neighbourhood with a family feel.

You’ll be living with 2 friendly guys and 1 girl in their twenties who all work full time and appreciate a laid back, clean and tidy housemate. We’d love to meet you and show you around the house, then have a chat and get to know you a little to make sure you’re the right fit and that we think you’d be happy here ☺️

Ideally we want someone who can stay for a full year, but if that’s not possible we ask for 2 months notice. **we can be semi flexible on the move in date, just ask**. You have to show proof of salary to the letting agents so full time job needed - hybrid preferred.
