I am renting out my bedroom while I’m working abroad for the winter.

There is one other tenant - my housemate who is a friend and has been living here for two years. He usually works from home Tuesday, Thursday and Friday so we are ideally looking for someone who will not be working from home regularly.

The room includes a king-size double bed with comfy mattress, bedside tables, lamps, and large built-in wardrobe.

There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, dining table, TV, and a terrace with table and chairs.

All bills and council tax included. (Council tax band D)

Fortnightly cleaner also included - although you will be required to keep the property clean with occasional vacuuming and general cleaning.
