Lovely en-suite in friendly Fulham flat

Hello! We’re two friendly flatmates looking for someone to join our lovely Fulham home.
We met on SpareRoom two years ago but have since grown close and are looking for another flatmate to join us in nights spent watching reality tv, casual pub nights, etc.

The room: Double room available in a three bed flat in Fulham. It’s a large furnished room - comes with bed, mattress, desk, chest of drawers and closet and en suite on your own floor of the flat. Move in is flexible, let us know what works best for you!

The flat: The heart of our home consists of our living room and kitchen, complete with television for cosy movie nights or catching up on your favourite shows. It's the perfect setting for shared meals, gatherings, or simply relaxing after a long day.
The area: The flat is situated centrally in Fulham with a 10 min walk to Fulham Broadway
and Parsons Green, and a 1 min walk to the 211 and 295 bus routes. You'll find an abundance of restaurants, pubs, and shops within walking distance. There is every major grocery shop within a 10 min walk.

About us: We're a two Americans who met on spare room but formed a close friendship!
Amanda is 31 and has been living in the Uk for 6 years and works in tech consulting.
Lauren is 29 and has been in the UK for 3 years. She works in Learning and Development at an accounting firm.

We love hanging out together in the evenings: watching some Netflix, going to concerts and getting brunch and the occasional pub night.
We are both hybrid - working from home 1-2 days a week.
We're seeking someone who enjoys a good balance of socialising and personal time. It would be fantastic if you're open to chilling and having a great time with us, but we also understand and respect the need for individual space.
