A bright and spacious double bedroom is available to rent in Fulham, overlooking a park on a quiet, residential street.

The room:
The room is the nicest room I've ever lived in!
There is an en suite bathroom, and a door exits directly onto a large roof terrace. It is a lovely space to host evening drinks/dinners and enjoy morning yoga if that's your thing!
The room is on the top floor which you will have all to yourself.
There is loads of storage - one wardrobe, one door the opens into a huge hanging clothes rack and shelves. There is also a big cupboard to store other things (the small white doors next to the desk in the photo)

The housemates:
The house is shared with three friendly professionals:
- Rohan (Australian engineer)
- Amaury (French fitness trainer)
- Riccardo (moving in mid-Jan, so you won't be the only newbie!)
- Katie (British, works in tech - moving out!)

We’re all between 30 and 35, busy during the week but enjoy a relaxed and respectful home environment.

We’re looking for a considerate, tidy housemate to take over Katie's room as she needs to move closer to her offices in east London.

Rent is £1366.65 per month, bills are around £120.
Viewings will take place throughout January 5th-15th.
