Access is limited to the kitchen, basement, living room (which becomes a bedroom if requested), 2 bathrooms, laundry, top floor, front patio and common areas. Bedrooms #2 (ground floor) and bedrooms #3, #4 (first floor) are not accessible and not included in this rental (landlord uses these rooms for storage). The property has 3 toilets. This house is not for disabled people because of stairs. Total 4 stories. No children under 12 or pets allowed.

Please note that there are 2 choices of bed for room #1 (living room). Either a single bed (inflatable) or a double bed (inflatable). Room 2 has a proper double bed (not inflatable).

This advert is for the entire property and not for individual rooms. Storage space is limited to under the bed in the top floor.
We can not guarantee the Council will give you parking permit considering 3 month term, but the landlord commits to facilitate free visitor parking session from 5:30PM to 8:00 AM with his RINGGO app.

There are items which belong to the landlord that come with the property: books, pictures, decoration.
The property has a boiler insurance, gas safety check, EPC D and Council tax B (included in the price).
You will need a tv licence to watch live tv (not included).
TVs give access to Prime Video, Disney, AppleTV, Now TV entertainment.
