Hi guys! I’m looking for a flatmate, ideally a student, for the upstairs double room of a lovely Fulham flat.

With original design and generously proportioned living room space, the flat is situated on the top two floors of a period conversion close to Fulham Road, Parsons Green and North End Road market. The property offers ideal privacy to each sharer as its two bedrooms and bathrooms are on different floors.

I am currently studying History and Spanish at King’s College London. I’m looking to share with a tidy and considerate flatmate as early as late August 2026, and am flexible regarding duration of stay.

The room being let has a double bed, built-in cupboards, and a generous study area. The shared spaces are originally furnished to bring a ‘London-feel’ whilst using state of the art kitchen appliances and designer furniture.

Set in a quiet residential street off of Fulham Road, the flat is well serviced by bus and underground (District Line) lines, which are only a 5-minute walk away. The open spaces of Parsons Green as well as a range of shops, bars and restaurants can also be found nearby.
