Room in Fulham (gym, sauna, pool on-site)

My friend is moving out so I'm looking for new flatmate for my place in Brompton Park Crescent. It's an 8-minute walk to West Brompton tube and the shops on North End Road

The room has a double bed with built-in storage, we're on the top floor (4th, with a lift crucially) so noise from neighbours, there's a balcony off the living room, there's a parking space you're welcome to, basically unlimited storage in the loft, there's a shared garden square, and there's a fitness centre in the development with a gym, pool and sauna, and gardeners who look after the trees and grounds in the estate.

All in all super nice place to live! There's a lovely pub at the end of the road (Atlas) and anything you can think of that you would need on North End Road less than 10 minutes walk away. It's also under an hour door to door to Heathtrow or Gatwick by tube/train from West Brompton.

I work in shipping, 5 days a week in the office in London Bridge so home working a doddle if that's what you do. My interests are being rubbish at squash and going to the pub afterwards, being in the mountains, and doing jiu jitsu at a club down the road.

I'm clean and tidy by nature, at the moment I have a cleaner come every two weeks for a few hours and we split the cost

£1,450/month all inclusive - for transparency that's £1,300 for the room and £150 covers council tax, electricity, water, and wifi
