Double room for rent

Your room

Hey guys,

one of our housemates is moving home and we're looking for someone to fill her room. Our house works so well currently so we're looking for someone with a similar vibe to us.

THE HOUSEMATES/VIBE
2 of us work shift work and 1 of us works 9-5. 1 male and 2 females. We're not fussed about the gender that moves in but if you're a male you'd have to be okay with sharing a bathroom with the 2 girls.

We're all pretty active - either run, gym or pilates. We all like to cook and spend time together however, we also do our own things. Some of our hobbies collectively include: bike riding, reading, cafe hopping, Church, baking and exploring corners of London/UK. The three of us are Australian so we travel often on our days off. You don't have to be Australian haha.

We keep the house pretty clean and tidy. It's not a party house but definitely don't mind having friends over for dinner or to hang out. We have a nice little back yard that can be utilised for social things. We just got a new stove, oven, fridge and microwave.

THE ROOM:
It's a double bedroom with a door that leads out to the yard. The mattress is also less than 2 months old. It's the only bedroom that is downstairs. The other bedrooms are upstairs along with the bathrooms. Everything in the photos is staying so it's a fully furnished house/room.

BILLS:
Council tax is: 52 pounds/month each.
Internet is: 9.25 pounds/month each.
Water comes every 3 ish months (our last bill which has just been this month was 190 total)
Power/gas comes monthly and is between 15-200 total.

I (Jamie) manage all the bills and put it in the group chat when they come in (power/gas/water as these are the only variable ones). Rent, council tax and internet is due on the last day of every month to me.
