En-suite room available in our gorgeous 1350 sq ft Fulham maisonette just off the King’s Road. I’ve lived here for the past 5 years and absolutely loved it, but I’m now moving in with my boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone great to take over my room and join my lovely flatmate Jess.

The flat is split across the top two floors with its own private entrance, a huge open-plan kitchen/living/dining area, and an incredible raised terrace upstairs that gets sun literally all day from sunrise through to sunset.

The room itself is the main bedroom in the flat and comes with:
• en-suite bathroom
• private balcony
• loads of built-in storage
• desk setup for WFH days
• lots of natural light

Location-wise, it’s ideal:
• 7 min walk to Fulham Broadway
• 12 mins to Imperial Wharf
• walking distance to Parsons Green & Chelsea / King’s Road

The vibe of the flat is very calm, clean and homely. Jess works in tech, does a mix of office/WFH, and is super into health, fitness, good food and exploring London. We’re looking for someone similar who wants a peaceful home rather than a party flat.

The move in date is flexible as I can move to my partners whenever so anytime before the 15th of July - ideally soonest possible!

Bills approx £150pcm
Cleaner every 3 weeks (£50 split)
