We are looking for a lovely new flatmate for a tiny but cosy room in our 3-bedroom flat in the heart of Fulham Broadway 🌸

• 10 mins walk to Fulham Broadway & West Brompton stations
• 15 mins walk to Parsons Green & West Kensington
• 20 mins to Earl’s Court
• Amazing bus connections to Central London, Battersea, Shepherd’s Bush & High Street Kensington

🛏️ The room:
Small but comfortable and perfect for someone who enjoys a peaceful, clean home. It comes with:

💸 Costs:
• £650 rent
• £121 bills

We are two professional girls, Italian and Swedish, aged 32 and 38. We both have our own lives and routines but really value a calm, respectful and friendly atmosphere at home ✨

• respectful of quietness and shared spaces
• ideally not working from home
