Mon-Fri let (or partial week/weekend)

The room is a cosy and comfortable ground-floor room in a 2 bed cottage in a lovely part of Fulham (off Munster Road). Great transport links - plenty of buses and either Fulham Broadway or Parsons Green (District line) both a 10-15 min walk away. The cottage is kept clean (with a weekly cleaner to help) but more shaby-chic than super-modern.
The room to let has a large table for eating/working, wardrobe and shelves where items can be left when away. But important, it is a narrow (but comfortable) single bed. Not a full size single, so not good for anyone large/tall - more suited to petite females! I provide bed linen and towels.
No shared front room, but use of small, walled garden when the weather is nice.
Smokers allowed, but like me, in the garden area only.
Small kitchen and bathroom fully fitted but prefer light use of kitchen only.
Dog and cat in residence, so have to be OK with that, although animals don't need to go into private bedroom!
I am in my early 60's so prefer a more mature person who is quiet and not in need for flat share activities. It is a comfortable place to rest and recharge.
As photos show - not suited for couples - but the scaffolding in the pictures is now gone! £50 p/night but can be between 2-4 nights p/week & happy to adjust for the occasional longer stay if needed.
Not strictly Vegetarian or Vegan (I eat free-range chicken and fish) but would prefer non-big-meat eaters!
