I’m moving out of my current flat, so I’m looking for someone to take my room from 2 September onwards. You’ll be sharing a well-maintained first-floor, two-bedroom flat with a lovely girl Tatiana.

* Rent: £1,270 per month
* Bills: Approximately £175 per person per month (usually lower during the Summer)
* All household expenses are split equally.
