Short let for summer. Stunning location

I’m away for summer so I am subletting my room from July 14 until end of August.

This place is a steal for the price. Right next to the park, very safe area and close to transport (5 min walk to Fulham Broadway) and a bus stop outside our house that goes to most places in London.

I live with my cousin, he’s very clean and friendly. And a great laugh! (He’s scouse Lebanese!) He works in the office five days a week so the house is quiet and in evenings he’s usually in his room.

Bills not included in price, this is an extra £170 a month.

We have a dog but she won’t be around while you’re here, it’s more that they may be a little bit of residue fur (for allergy purposes)
This will go quite quickly and I need to sort before I leave next week so give me a ping!
