We're looking for a friendly, sociable guy to take over a double bedroom in our lovely 4-bed house in Fulham/Parsons Green from 1st August (move in date flexible).
The house is in a fantastic location, a 5-minute walk to Putney Bridge Station and 7 minutes to Parsons Green, with plenty of great pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby, including The White Horse.
The house comes with everything you need - a small garden, dishwasher, washer/dryer, airfryer, Sky TV and broadband, Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. Bills come to approx. £160pp per month.
You'll be living with 3 friendly professionals who enjoy a good balance of socialising and their own space. We like to go to the pub, watch sport together or have a house dinner, but everyone also has their own routines. We're ideally looking for a guy to fill the room to keep the gender balance.
- Kate (27) works for a private office in Mayfair and is in the office three days a week.
- Ella (28) works in marketing and works from home full-time.
- Dave (33) is about to qualify as a lawyer in the City and is in the office three days a week.
The deposit is £1,285 and the room can come furnished or unfurnished.
