Sadly, my lovely flatmate is moving out at the end of August after changing jobs and wanting to be closer to her new office, so I'm looking for someone to take over her beautiful double room.

Location – Fulham (near Wandsworth Bridge Road)

The flat is in a fantastic location with brilliant transport links:

* 10–15 minute walk to Fulham Broadway & Parsons Green stations
* Walking distance to Imperial Wharf Overground
* Plenty of buses along Wandsworth Bridge Road connecting you to Putney, Battersea, Clapham and beyond

One of the best things about living here is the neighbourhood. It has such a lovely community feel, with amazing coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars and cosy pubs all within walking distance. Everything you need is close by:

* Sainsbury's Local literally on the corner (open until 11pm every day)
* Large Sainsbury's around an 8-minute walk away
* Aldi, M&S and another large Sainsbury's at Fulham Broadway
* Waitrose and Co-op near Parsons Green

🏡 The Room & Flat

The double bedroom overlooks the garden, making it a really peaceful place to come home to. Even during summer, it's wonderfully quiet and perfect for sleeping with the window open.

The room is on the lower ground floor, so it stays naturally cool in warmer weather while still getting plenty of natural light thanks to the garden-level windows.

It has a full wall of built-in wardrobes, offering loads of storage. The room comes furnished, and you can choose whether you'd prefer to keep the chest of drawers or swap it for a desk if you work from home.

The flat also has a gorgeous private garden, which is one of its best features. It's perfect for reading in the sunshine, having breakfast outside, or hosting the occasional BBQ with friends.

About Your Flatmate

You'll be living with me! I work in art and love creating a home that's relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Outside of work you'll usually find me on a cheeky pub trip with friends, reading in the garden when the sun's out, going for walks along the river, or trying out new restaurants. I'm always up for the occasional flat dinner or glass of wine, but I'm equally respectful of personal space and appreciate a calm, tidy home.

I'm looking for someone who's friendly, considerate and easy-going someone who's happy to have a chat after work now and then but also enjoys their own independence.
