This is a best house for PROFESSIONALS. Been living here with my friend for long time but moving out from London and hence looking for some good people to fill our space.

High street 4 min walk. Good connection to bus stands. West Brompton, west kensington and Fulham Broadway all equal distance to walk. Cary food options around. Lidl, waitrose, poundland, iceland, savers, tesco express, super drug etc 5 min walking distance. Good pubs around with live sports bar. Salons, hair dressers, nail salons everything on high street.

Please note the below is required in order to rent the room:
- 6 months minimum stay
- £600 deposit (fully refundable when moving out out and no damages caused in the property) and deposit can’t be used for rent payment.
- 4 weeks notice is must at the end of the 6 months
- rent is payable every 2 weeks
- please respect the rest of the flat mates and keep your voice down and clean after you have used the kitchen and bathroom

NOTE: No visitors are allowed to stay in the property, family members are exemptions for day or two, but you need to inform the landlord and other flatmates for their visit.
- every 5th week is your turn to clean the common areas
- ONLY electricity and gas is shared between all tenants, all other bills are covered by the Landlord roughly £15-40 depending upon weather
- no contract official provided
