The House:
Our flat is a spacious, four-storey home, with each bedroom on its own floor, so everyone has plenty of privacy.
It has:
* A large open-plan kitchen and living area
* Washing machine and full-sized dishwasher
* Well-equipped kitchen with a new full-sized fridge, air fryer and microwave
* Fully furnished kitchen and living room (but open to new additions!)

The Room:
* £1,150 per month (excluding bills)
* Fully furnished with a double bed (with built-in storage underneath), wardrobe (not shown in picture), and two bedside tables
* You'll share a bathroom with me, but it's right next to your room (my bedroom is two floors above, so it often feels like your own!)

Location:
We're in a quiet residential part of Fulham with great transport links and lots nearby:
* 12-minute walk to both Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green stations (District line)
* 8-minute walk to Imperial Wharf Overground (Mildmay line)
* 7-minute walk to the big Sainsbury's
* 3-minute walk to our local, The Fulham Arms 🍻
* Close to the Thames Path, parks and plenty of green space

About Us:
You'll be living with Emma (28) and Chloe (31). We've lived together for the past three years. We both have our own lives and social circles, but we're also great friends and love spending time together, whether that's bingeing a true crime series or heading to the pub for a Sunday session. I work in psychology and Chloe works in finance. We both enjoy cooking, keeping fit, trying new restaurants, and exploring London (we've both lived here for 4 years now, but it never gets old)!

We're looking for someone who's friendly, easy-going, and wants to be part of the house rather than just renting a room. No pressure to become best friends, but we'd love to find someone who's up for the occasional chat, pub trip, or shared takeaway and is keen to join our home.
