Double Bedroom in Fulham

Hi All,

I own this place but my friend is moving back home in a few months time which means there will be a double bedroom available.

We have just recently painted the bedroom and it has built-in wardrobes to the wall for storage. It also comes furnished with a double-bed.

It’s a 2-bed flat so it would just be myself in the other bedroom. There is a kitchen / diner extension out the back with bi-fold doors on to a South West facing patio. There is also a bathroom, as well as a pantry / storage room. The flat is 600+ sqft & on a quiet tree lined street. The flat is near Munster Road and is a 15 minute walk to either Parsons Green or Fulham Broadway Stations.

I would describe myself as friendly & sociable, but also value down time. Weekdays are usually fairly relaxed, working in the city for 3 days & from home for the other 2. I am usually in the gym on a weekday eve & out with friends on a weekend. Equally, I am also up for going for food / drinks, or watching a movie when we are both free.
