Huge Double Room in Fulham

We have a huge, fully furnished double room available in our zone 2 three bedroom flat in Fulham from 7 August.

The flat is in an amazing location, just a two-minute walk from Putney Bridge station and right by the river. It has a shared living area, two bathrooms and is fully furnished throughout.

You’d be living with two friendly Kiwis: a 25 year-old female paralegal and a 21 year-old male bartender. We’re looking for a working professional who wants somewhere to live long term and is very clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces.

The rent is £750 per month, plus approximately £150 per month in bills. Bills can rise to around £180–£200 during the coldest winter months.

It’s a relaxed and friendly home rather than a party house, so we’d love to find someone who is sociable and happy to have a chat, but also enjoys their own space.
