Single Room at Fulham Riverside

This cozy single room is available from the 15th of August by Fulham's beautiful riverside. Less than a five minute walk from Craven Cottage, the area is safe, residential, and less than a 20 minute walk from Putney Bridge.

There is no garden or shared living room but there is a big kitchen, and a shared bathroom used by two other people in the house.

The area is very safe, 1 minute walk from the river, Bishop's Park is a 5 minute walk. A gym is 1 minute down the road, replete with Fulham's excellent pub life, history and culture. Would recommend cat lovers since the house has two beautiful and sweet Maine Coons that love people. (Mother and son!)

Bills are not included but usually stay around £120 a month (maybe slightly more during Winter).

The housemates are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, friendly. Professionals fitting the age range of the rest of the house is ideal (25-35).

The bed in the room was recently upgraded to a Queen size that fits perfectly in the space. There space to remove the desk on the right and replace it with a bed if needed. There's also loads of space for storage.

Its an excellent room and area.
