Double room available in Fulham

Hi!
My current flatmate is moving back home, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a bright, medium-sized room with plenty of storage space in a welcoming 2-bedroom flat.

A bit about me: I work full-time in the sports industry, I'm in my 30s, and I travel for work from time to time. I'm looking for someone clean, friendly, easy-going, and respectful who is happy to share a relaxed and comfortable home.

The flat has a cosy living room and plenty of storage throughout. It’s in a great location between Parsons Green and Putney Bridge stations, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The river and green spaces are just a short walk away too.

The building is managed by Marston Properties – a lovely family-run agency that’s been great to deal with.

The room is available from 1st September 2026 and rent is £875 per month. Bills are not included but usually stay around £140 a month (slightly more during winter).
