£1150 incl bills (including a fortnightly cleaner), and deposit of £1384.

We have a small room with balcony available in our 3 bed 2 bath penthouse flat from Sept 27th. It’s small room with loads of storage. It has a gorgeous balcony with view, and shares a bathroom with one other girl.

I’ve lived in the flat for 3 years and the location is amazing. Our road has lots of independent coffee shops and bakeries and it’s a 10 minute walk to Fulham Broadway and to Parsons Green tube stations.

The rent hasn’t changed for 3 years (our landlord is genuinely the nicest man I think I’ll ever meet). He’s installing AC for us and really cares about keeping the flat in the best condition.

About us..
We’re two girls in our 20s (I’m 25 and Amy is 29) who are sociable and easy going. We’re looking to make a new friend in whoever moves in ♥️. We’re very clean and work hard during the week so like to get an early night on week nights. We like wholesome nights in and the occasional dinner + drinks out.
