There’s a huge shared kitchen/dining area with a large island, loads of storage and plenty of space to cook or hang out, plus a separate large living room with sofas and TV. We’ve also got a lovely private garden out the back, which is a massive bonus in London and great for summer, drinks, BBQs or just getting outside.

There’s much more communal space here than you’d usually find in a London houseshare at this price.

The house is in Fulham, close to Imperial Wharf, with easy access around Fulham, Chelsea and the rest of West London.

We’re a household in our 20s and are ideally looking for someone around a similar age who’s friendly, clean and easygoing. It’s a relaxed, sociable house where people are happy to hang out together, but everyone also has their own thing going on.
