I’m looking for someone to move into the lovely ensuite double room in my modern 2-bed flat in Fulham, SW6.

£1,300 pcm, excluding bills.
Council Tax Band F. Energy bills are roughly £150 pcm for the flat, with council tax charged separately.

The room comes fully furnished, with all furniture shown in the photos included, and has its own private ensuite.

The flat itself is gorgeous and really bright, with triple-aspect windows and loads of natural light throughout the day. It’s also incredibly warm in winter and has an AC unit for the summer months.

A little about me — I’m Frankie, 29, and work professionally in media, with a mix of working from home and being in the office. I’m friendly, social and love cooking, dinners at home, pub trips and generally having a nice, relaxed home environment.

I’d ideally love to find someone who wants the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to stay - someone friendly and sociable who’d be up for the occasional dinner, glass of wine or trip to the pub, while also being respectful of each other’s space and having our own lives.

The room is available from October, with some flexibility.
